Never Recieved Last Credit Deposit

Hi there, I still haven't received any of the 20,000 credits I had from a month before Xbox Live Rewards was changed. I opted out of Microsoft Rewards. Are these credits still coming as promised? I check once every few days and there has been no deposit
to my account.

Is this a common issue that many others are facing?

I have not recieved my 5 dollar deposit

I opted out with 5,750 credits in my account on April 7th and i have not recieved my 5 dollar deposit and it is now may 11th and i was told that i will recieve it at the end of april but it never happened. Please can you deposit my 5 dollars into my account.

no i know that but the funds were never added i never saw the credit, ive made several purchases before it would ask me if i wanted the credit added to the price, but the last deposits ive also made purchases and they credit never showed.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Your remaining Credits from your opt out in early June were scheduled to be deposited at the end of June deposit. However, due to a maintenance issue that arose at the end of last month, we were unable to process that deposit
cycle in the expected time frame, and it was postponed. This deposit has been rescheduled to occur at the end of July, at the very latest. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last pending Credit event that triggered the 5000 pending Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 19th of last month, your Credits will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your last Credit event that pushed you over this amount happened on the 30th last month, you will receive your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.
