    never recieved GTA 5 shark card promo with live renewal


    I never received the GTA 5 shark card promo for renewing my xbox live gold. I have contacted xbox support and the case number is
    1403919033 and they have verified that I should have received it. I have also tried contacting rockstar and they said to contact xbox support.

    Wrong promotion

    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    I have a code if you want it, gonna cost ya 5$ bucks cause that’s what it’s worth. It was a mystery prize and I don’t want it, never played gta in my life and you’d think they have a code so that these “Mystery Prizes” would actually be useful to that players
    play experience. I mean I took the time to do the Game Pass goals or challenges so take the time and give me something I can actually never use you know
