Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

I bought my 500 gb white xbox one bundled with quantum break and alan wake about 6 weeks ago. I installed quantum break about 4 weeks ago but have yet to reveive my free game download of alan wake. I chatted with a customer support representative and they

The code would have been included in your bundle. If not, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle with for an exchange.

case.

 

The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.

 

So it seems that this is actually a gamestop (where i made my purchase) issue wherein the code for alan wake should have been included as a hard copy (such as on a paper or pamphlet) in my actual xbox box, which included the quantum break disc. Is this correct?

 

Yes. I got the same bundle and the code for Alan Wake is kind of a stiff card in the Xbox box.
