    I'm sorry to see any issues with this promotion, however we've been informed that this account did not purchase Fallout 4 through Xbox Live as a digital purchase, or redeemed a token for it. We are unable to assist if there is no license or purchase for
    the digital version of the game on an account. If you purchased the game as a physical copy, the code should be in the case that the game came in. If the purchase was made on another account, you will need to post a new thread with that account for us to investigate
    further.

    Fallout New Vegas Code

    Fallout 3 was the preorder bonus for Fallout 4. If you purchased it at a retailer that offered New Vegas, you would need to contact them for the code.
