Never recieved email after placing service order.

I placed a service order for my xbox one (disc drive doesnt recognize or read disc) After I finished, it said I would receive an email to continue the process. About 5 hours later and I still have not recieved the email to continue with my service
order. Checked all files /inboxes and it's still not there.

A confirmation email with the service order number and shipping instructions will be sent
after the order is completed, not in the middle of the order. You need to complete the order in one go from the device support site and you'll be given a service order number as confirmation that the order was completed. The order is done all
from the same website. I'd recommend refreshing your browser and check your Microsoft account to see if the order was completed: https://support.microsoft.com/devices

If you don't see an order placed on your registered console, then the order was not completed and you will need to try it again.

You should've received an email after your order was placed. Within that email there should be an estimated date of delivery.
