    Hello,

    On May 10th I bought a 3 month Xbox Live Gold subscription during the sale of "Buy 3 months, get 3 months free". I was told that I would be recieving a code for those "3 free months" but I never did. I have spoken to both Xbox Live and Microsoft support
    and I was referred here.

    a Message from 'LIVE' ?

    I've recieved two messages from an account called 'LIVE' (profile is
    here    ).

    Here's the thing, I've never recieved messages from Xbox before, and I'm aware there are scammers out there.

    When I try to view the message on xbox.com, it just says "You can read this message on your Xbox 360."

    Is this a scammer, of is this Xbox?

    Hey, I would first double check that you didn't just get credited an extra three months on your account. Login at
    https://account.microsoft.com and take a look under the "Service & Subscriptions" tab to see what your Xbox Live Gold expiration date currently is set for you.

    Based on your information provided your account shouldn't run out until at least til November but that's only if you didn't already have some time on your account.

    Hi BleakXxclutchxx! It looks like you may have accidentally created another account on the same email. Do you need help getting that sorted? If you do let us know!



    Regarding the specialization code, at this time we are no longer sending out any more codes. You should have received both an email and an Xbox LIVE Message with your code so make sure to check both places! If you aren't able to locate it then you'll have
    to wait until the specializations become available to everyone.
