On the third tab it says "Try 1 month, get 3 more free."

Since this promotion was obtained through the Groove Website/App and not on an Xbox One console, you'll actually want to post in the Microsoft Answers forums
HERE. Make sure to post in the Music, Movies & TV section.

The teams will be able to take a closer look and help there. Since it wasn't through the Xbox console, we don't have a way to fulfill it unfortunately.

No problem. Here is the link where I found the promotion: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/default.aspx.

I think I might have just signed up for it through my Groove Music app though. I'm pretty sure that when I opened the app, the same promotion was offered. I then clicked try 1-month trial, and then I was told the 3-month code would come in 30 days.
