Never Received Windows 10 Download Code - Purchase made in March through Amazon.

Hello - I chatted with an Xbox support team member named Cassy on 6-5-16. She instructured me to open a post on this forum.

I purchased, via Amazon, Quantum Break for xBox One knowing it came with a free Windows 10 code. The Windows 10 code is what I am after. I am able to find the xBox one game in my xBox one account, but I have no way of actually downloading or playing the
game on my PC. Did I simply not receive the code?

2. I have no idea where your original complaint is, all I can see is the borderline incoherent rant in your original post.

3. I can't see your original email, I'm an Xbox user like yourself who is taking time out of his day to try and assist with your issue.

Lastly, I have searched just about everywhere looking for information on this for you and I just can't find a single source where you would need to enquire about your missing code. I think it's best you sit tight and see what official Xbox support has to
