first ferify if the payment was actually revived, go to a pc, log into your account, then go to your payment history, if the payment does not appear there then it would not be any problem, but if the payment appears there, then try to contact an agent

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a purchase. We recommend checking the order history to make sure it says purchased. Once it does, go to my games and apps, highlight Fortnite, hit the start/menu button and go to manage
game & add on. Then check under ready to install. If installed and still didn't get it you will want to reach out to

Unfortunately you would have had to follow up with support at the time of the promotion. Since it's been well over a year since the promotion ended, there would no longer be a way to get a code.

awww man thats messed up, i'm sorry to hear that, i hope they resolve your issue.

I'm unable to download it nor did i get a code. It looks like xbox made a marketing error and had there sub with a picture of free rocket league. IDK it was also published on website that monitors sales.
