Never received VBucks for the purchase of a promotional Gold Live.

If you didn't receive anything, that usually means you were not eligible. For that promotion you had to either be a new subscription or had not had gold since October 1, and the purchase had to be made using a credit card. If you didn't meet those requirements,
you wouldn't have received the vbucks.

Per the terms of the offer, the offer is only available to new subscribers or subscribers to cancelled their gold before October 1.

You stated earlier you've been waiting 5 months. The promotion we're referencing has only been available since the beginning of December. If you bought gold 5 months ago amd it was part of a different promotion for vbucks, you would need to post details
about that promotion. Otherwise, if you did not buy gold for through particular promotion or had god before buying it, you would not receive the vbucks.

The fine print states it's for new accounts or accounts with no history of Xbox Live from a certain date. You may not be eligible for the promotion, That could be why you never received the additional 3 months.

That's not how I read it. "Offer not valid on prior Xbox Live Gold purchases" to me means purchases made before the promotional period started. If they wanted to restrict it only to new accounts, it should say "Offer not valid for existing Xbox Live Gold
members".
