    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I’m reaching out to you today in regards off the Forza Motorsport 7 promotion going on in the rewards program. I pre-ordered the game on 10/01/17 and became a member of the rewards program on 10/06/17. I have yet to receive any of the extra keys/5,000

    Never received 5000 reward points for the pre-order of Forza

    I pre-ordered Forza Motorsport 7 and when the program was going on it said that I get 15 keys and 5000 reward points. Well I never received my reward points for the pre-order. Please let me know what is up with this matter. GT

    I haven't received my Forza 7 credits

    I pre-ordered Forza 7 during the promotion and I got credited my keys for the pre-order. However, I haven't received my 5,000 xbox rewards credits.

    For help with the rewards program, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Since you preordered the game before you joined, that may be the issue.

    it does not say that on the webpage and there is this from the official rules "Pre-order or Purchase the digital format of Forza Motorsport 7 (Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate Edition):

    up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

    • 10 keys (can only be earned once)
    • 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)
    Since you only made your purchase at the end of last month, please allow us 96 hours to receive and process that purchase information.
