Never received the E3 Mixpot

Discus and support Never received the E3 Mixpot in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I watched the E3 presentation on mixer but never received the mixpot.     I watched the E3 presentation on mixer but never received the mixpot. I got it no problem last year when I watched. Can anyone help? Thanks

    The Mixer Mixpot can take up to a week to get and they will automatically be ready to install on your Xbox.

    xbox.com/e3promo if you need more info about the rewards you are getting.

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.
