Never received the code for Gears of War 2, 3 and Judgement for my XBOX console GoW Ultimate ...

I have never received the code for Gears of War 2, 3 and Judgement for my XBOX console GoW Ultimate Edition.

What should I do?

GOW2 Not downloading to Xboxone

Purchased GOW Ultimate edition xbox one console in October. GOW edition xbox came with codes for gears ultimate edition along with downloads for gears 2 gears 3 and gears judgments. I have played gears ultimate edition, gears 3 and gears judgement completed
all campaigns and gears 2 still will not download. I think the code for it is broken any ideas how to fix gears 2 is my favorite in series and rly want to play.

I've received Gears of War 1 - 3 and Judgement codes for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement (already have GoW 3 on my account), but I am unable to redeem Gears of War 1. It just says "Something Went Wrong"..

Any help?

If this is for pre-ordering Gears Of War 4, then the codes should be in your Xbox Live messages within 7-10 working days from the date you placed your order.

Also be aware that Xbox Live messages do expire after 30 days. If that is the case, in some occasions the Xbox Forums Support team can retrieve these codes, but this is not guaranteed.

If you only recently placed your order, then hang tight - the codes should be in your inbox soon.

This is for the XBOX console GoW Ultimate Edition I purchased at the end of last year. Really want to catch up the GoW story before 4 releases. However, after a long wait, I still did not see the code for 2, 3 and Judgement. Please advise how I should get
them.

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

• • • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
