Never received the 6400 points promised by Microsoft.

Hello, I've asked about this twice already, with no response from xbox or Microsoft. I've spoken with Microsoft store, and xbox supoort, and after spending a total of 4 hours with them the past 2 days, they all finally referred me to this website. I am trying
to receive my 6400 points for preordering 2 copies of GTA V last year on the Xbox 360. I have my order number, card info, anything else that's necessary, ready, and I'd like to get this solved very soon. I would appreciate a quick response. Thanks.

i preorder the three games I) for honor, II.) Sniper Elite 4 and Ghost Recon Wildlands but i never receive the points for preordering it.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you.

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. I'm not sure what the promotion was that you're talking about but the fact that you say it offer MS Points for purchases suggests that it was a Rewards Program offer.

Hey there, GatorBoyEighty! I'm sorry to see that you haven't received your points! The only promotion I can think of that sounds like that is getting 1600 Points for pre-ordering GTA V for the Xbox 360 before September 16, 2014. If this is the promotion
that you are talking about, you will need to go through
Microsoft Store support for further assistance. This was a promotion through them, and they will be the only ones that are able to assist you further with this.
