Never received the 3 month groove music promo code. (4month trial)

Hello,

I signed up for the groove music promo code Groove music promotion stating that I will received a
3 month promo code to groove music; after the initial 1 month free music pass trial. It stated I had to be a new customer and sign up wit my credit card which I did and I am. I signed up on
August 22, 2017. May you please provide me with the code as stated.

Groove Music PROMO CODE not sent

Hello,

I signed up for the Groove Music trial on December 23rd to take part in the promo which promised 4 months of free Groove Music Pass (1 month trial + 3 months by a coupon which would be sent towards the end of the trial first month).

It has already been 2 weeks past the first month (and my credit card was deducted for the price of the 2nd month starting January 23rd) and I still haven't received the coupon code.

Didn't recieve Groove music plus three code

Hi,

I opened a thread about this before, a member of support told me they had sent a message and the thread was locked, however, I never received it. I tried to follow up with PMs but never got a response. Could somebody help?
