Never Received Star Wars Battlefront early access code

I pre ordered Star Wars Battlefront on the online Microsoft Store. I never received my early access code for the free DLC. Now it's available online for everyone, and I feel like I missed out on something that was specifically listed as a pre
order bonus.

Getting a code now doesn't help since it's available to everybody. But I've tried calling before and my call kept getting dropped, or I kept getting transferred, and I didn't receive any assistance so I thought I would try chat. Chat support spoke
mostly broken english and after AN HOUR AND 19 MINUTES of a chat, they told me too bad, they couldn't help me, and sent me here. The first person didn't do anything, and the manager finally at least gave me that much. He said someone official could assist
me here. I've kept the chat records in case anyone needs them. All they did is waste my time and cause me to get more frustrated, and made me feel less important. Microsoft has my money already, so why should they care right?

I'm just upset that I missed out on this, and wanted to see what else could be done for me since this was something that was specifically listed as a benefit to the pre order. Otherwise I would've bought the game at GameStop where I knew I would've received
the code. I don't like not receiving everything that was included with what I purchased. And I don't like everyone dodging trying to help and sending me somewhere else. I hope this works better.

С сегодняшнего дня подписчикам EA Access стали доступны бесплатно все четыре расширения для STAR WARS Battlefront, входящие в Season Pass ( но не сам Season Pass ).

- STAR WARS Battlefront Внешнее кольцо

Напоминаю, что неделю назад Стандартное издание изъято из продажи ( и осталось только в Vault ), а стоимость Самого полного издания STAR WARS Battlefront снижена до уровня Стандартного. Так что теперь подписчики "уравнены в правах" с покупателями за деньги.

Really sorry to hear about the frustrations. As of now there's no need for the code as you mentioned, but for future offers that are purchased from a physical retail store your best point of contact would be with their support. It sounds like you may have
gotten in contact with official Xbox Phone support which wouldn't be able to offer a code for a retail store offer.

Truly sorry to hear about any confusion, but I hope you're still having fun with the game!

 

This was a purchase through the online microsoft store directly. There was no other party involved.
