    Never received Spooktoberfest Gamepass event rewards


    Hello, I am contacting you in regards to the October's Spookyfest gamepass event of completing various games and obtaining achievements in them, I have waited just a little over 30days and never received the rewards from the event.

    It'd be a message from Xbox, which is separate than other messages. Home button -> Messages (second from right?) -> Xbox Messages (second in list?).

    Mine doesn't always indicate a new msg. If that doesn't resolve, then try giving ach / timestamp to help support verify.
