Never received Sharpshooter mission reward

    Never received Sharpshooter mission reward


    I was just checking my history regarding Gem deposits and noticed I have never been credited for the Sharpshooter mission - completing 6 monthly missions in a row. I have done this, getting the Freedom Rewards every month and a few of the others as well.
    I was awarded the On the Hunt gems back on Jan 5 so should have gotten the Sharpshooter sometime in April...and it is now nearly June. Please look into this and sort it quickly so I might redeem those gems before the opportunity to do so is no longer. Thank

    Level 2: I heart horror not received.

    My post keeps getting removed and I am not sure why :S

    I never received my rewards for Level 2 of the October Mission: I Heart Horror.

    As outlined in the FAQ, FREEdom is not a featured monthly offer:

    Featured Monthly Missions

    This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
    for completing all of the steps).

    For example, offers like Dr. Rewards in January or last month's Pandemic Rewards are monthly offers. Since you have not had 6 completions of these featured missions, you have not completed this MyChallenge.
