    hi, I never received my XBox rewards credit for my preorder of Destiny 2. Please help. I was connected here through 2 support agents.

    Preorder punchcard

    I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

    Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Rewards not received

    Hi,

    I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

    There were no offers to receive credits just for Destiny 2. If you preordered it on or after July 1, it would have counted towards your games on demand punchcard and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    I just read the FAQ. Why would you not have preorders count? I get jobbed out of my normal cash back because I'm guaranteeing I'm gonna buy something? Never again, I suppose.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP payback, as specified in the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Therefore, the only way to receive Credits for this purchase is from the Games on Demand offer. However, that offer requires three eligible pre-orders to complete. Since you only had one punch, you did not complete that offer.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.
