    Didn't receive any rewards for buying Skyrim Remastered.

    I bought Skyrim Remastered at the start of December and never received any rewards for it.

    never received my Xbox game pass reward for December played dark siders and dead island for at least 30 mins for over 5 days and never received any mystery gift?

    Prizes for quests are sent within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Only purchases made during the offer period (October-December) are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchase of Dead Rising 4 and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches.

    Xbox Game pass reward not given

    If you received a code in December, that would be for November's quest as those codes started sending out in waves in December. For the December Quest specifically that you are posting for, rewards will begin sending out in waves this month. Since it can
    take up to 30 days for codes to send out, please post back at the end of January if you do not receive a reward so we can take a deeper look.
