    Never received reward points!!


    I signed for rewards back in December 2014 and I have been and checked my points many times since and never have I received any points even though I believe i should have gathered quite a few over the years. I just need some help.

    Never Received Reward Point

    Hello SleimanZublidi,

    You can see our deposits as currency from your Microsoft Account's commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on the same date listed on your
    MyStatement. You spent this deposit on November 2nd as partial payment for FIFA 17.

    Never Received Reward Point

    Although I receive a deposit of 4750 credits in 2016 my dashboard stills show 0 credits.

    And it does not seem like I'm being rewarded any points ever since.
