Never Received Reward Point

Discus and support Never Received Reward Point in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Although I receive a deposit of 4750 credits in 2016 my dashboard stills show 0 credits.     Never Received Reward Point


    Although I receive a deposit of 4750 credits in 2016 my dashboard stills show 0 credits.

    And it does not seem like I'm being rewarded any points ever since.

    You can see our deposits as currency from your Microsoft Account's commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on the same date listed on your
    MyStatement. You spent this deposit on November 2nd as partial payment for FIFA 17.
