Never received Quantum Break preorder codes

I digitally preordered Quantum Break on April 4th. It came with a free pc copy, as well as Alan Wake, the Signal, The writer and American Nightmare. I understand they were supposed to come 7-10 business days after release and it is now the 10th day
and I haven't received any codes. How do I go about getting the codes.

Never received Win10 Code or Alan Wake Code with Digital preorder of Quantum Break. Purchased on 4/4/16 from Microsoft Xbox.com and wasnt charged until released.

 

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Jeez, isnt there a better solution then just telling everyone to wait for an xbox message again? We have been waiting for over 2 weeks. I contacted live chat and they told me to wait. Then i contacted them 2 days later and they told me to post here, assuring
me that you would solve my issue. Now i have you telling me support is investigating and to wait again. Are you guys intentionally just giving everyone the run around? Why is it so hard to just send a few codes to people. I really wanted the pc version, but
figured id get 5 games/dlc for the price of one. And i got nothing.
