Never received Promotional Code for Dishonored: Definitive Edition after pre-ordering ...

So I've contacted customer support 2 times about this already and the second time they pointed me here. I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 back in June on the Xbox Live store on my Xbox One and have been waiting to receive a code for my copy of Dishonored: Definitive
Edition. I don't have my original email from the date that I pre-ordered nor have I received an email since the release of the game for my code. I just really want this to be done with. Please Help?!

Dishonored Definitive Edition Promo code w/ D2 pre order

Have not received my promotional code for Dishonored Definitive Edition that was included with the preorder of Dishonored 2 Limited Edition. It has been 2 weeks since game release and just checking on delivery of the promo code.

Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.

I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 about two weeks ago and I have still not received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition. I have been checking the store and it still says you receive the game from pre-ordering, so it appears the offer is still valid.

On the store page it shows that it is free now. The black Friday sale must have overridden the free option. Problem taken care of.

If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.
