    Never Received Preorder Items


    Hello, I preordered the game Sea Of Thieves back in February and never received my black-dog pack. I opened a support ticket with rare, who said they couldn’t help me and to ask for help here.

    Sea of Thieves has been out for over a month and I still have not received the code for my Black-Dog Pack.
