Never received pre-order rewards bonus - no customer service option?

So I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 almost two months before it came out with the 15,000 rewards offer. I never got said offer. When trying to discuss it with the customer support chat, they say that this particular division doesn't have direct support staff.
Apparently I'm just supposed to post this in the forum and hopefully "get an email once they notice my post". Seems like a strange procedure for a company of this scale, but who am I to question your methods? I hope you see this.

directly from Microsoft, as they typically don't have the best incentives. I specifically got the ad on my Xbox One and followed the link to order. I was actually surprised to receive a digital copy, since the order details never mentioned it. I was expecting
it in the mail on release day. I hope you see this.

 

You'll actually want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for that offer, the game had to be preordered as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible.

@carribou - Support has responded to your threads (Rewards for Missions Not Working). Your purchases were not eligible.

 

This is what I keep hearing, but it makes no sense. I was notified of the promotion via the Xbox Store on my Xbox One. I followed through with the pre-order. Now it is ineligible because it was a digital pre-order (and never mentioning an option or negation)?

 

Sorry, but the offer did specifically state that the purchase had to be made at Microsoftstore.com and was per the terms and conditions.

 

Why would the offer be prompted on a platform other than the eligible purchase route? Wouldn't it make sense to then responsibly notify the customer that the order would no longer be eligible for the offer?

That would be comparable to telling everyone in-person that would would receive an instant rebate on purchases over $ X, and then stating that it was only for online purchases, after the fact.

 

Rewards offers are usually shown on the console so people actually learn that there is a program and can sign up and earn credits.

 

Ah, so advertised but not disclosed ineligibility if purchased via console. Strange.
