Never received Pre Order DLC

I pre-ordered sea of Thieves on March 19th and have not received the bonus.

I've contacted the phone support here, who sent me to the game developer, who sent me back here.

According to the DEVs the place you purchased the game from is in charge of the codes.

Still haven't received pre order bonus for quantum break.

I pre ordered quantum break but I never received any of the pre order bonuses.

known issues there is also the failure to send the code "Black Dog Pack". Developers are working to fix it.
