Never received pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 via Xbox Store on my Xbox One. I did so because it prompted a promotion of 15,000 points back as pre-order bonus.

I have heard that it is ineligible because it is a digital pre-order for some reason, even though this was never mentioned and was my route of purchase through the link.

This has been posted multiple times across different forums, so suggestions to post elsewhere are noted but unnecessary. Strangely, Xbox Live Rewards team does not have a customer support system other than forums. Instead of resolving a clear issue, it
seems the standard step is to give an empty apology and lock the forum.

Being told months later after purchase that it does not qualify, being a digital product, is highly inaccurate, undisclosed, and misleading. I never received notification of ineligibility, nor was it mentioned anywhere in the promotion. How does one not
receive the pre-order bonus if prompted an offer and following the steps of said offer? It was the reason for ordering directly from Microsoft, considering every other retailer offered a bonus of sorts. Yet, as far as I know, I haven't heard of other sources
denying their advertised promotions.

I was never even prompted a choice of method of delivery.

I am aware that I have received, albeit inadequate and inaccurate, response to this issue. It has not been satisfactorily addressed. Reiterating an alleged and never seen disclaimer of ineligibility after the fact is not reason for dismissal. Even IF
that were the case, I never placed an order for digital copy. In fact, I was waiting for it to arrive in the mail on release day. I refuse to accept someone else's mistake and will persist in pursuit of the advertised promotion. Locking the forum without
sufficient resolution will result in reposting. (That means that referencing previous post response is not an adequate response, if you couldn't understand.)
