never received ODST in my inbox.

i bought and played halo MCC on day one and played it until it became broken. i received an email in June saying I had the odst waiting for me in my inbox.

the code was never redeemed because I never received it.

I received an odst redeem code in my inbox, but never redeemed it. I looked for it today but see that the message expired in my inbox and was deleted. How do i get one now?
