Never Received October Xbox Quests Mystery Prize

I feel that I have been very patient with this issue, but it's now December 6th and I've seen numerous reports of people receiving their mystery prizes weeks ago. I clicked the Xbox Quests panel when I saw it early in the morning on 10/01 in the Gold tab.
I have also checked my messages from Xbox Live since October ended and have received no messages pertaining to the mystery prize. I have talked to Microsoft Store Customer Support, Xbox Live Customer Support, and Xbox Customer Support and nobody knew anything
about the promotion or how to resolve my issue.

My three quests were:

"Start your free 14-day Xbox Game Pass trial"

- I started the trial on 10/30 and have email confirmation that it officially started 10/31

- I wouldn't have started my trial if I knew I wouldn't get the mystery prize

"Earn an achievement in 4 different games"

- I unlocked at least one achievement in 5 games in October

- Runbow: 4, Fallout Shelter: 2, Cuphead: 16, Gone Home: 10, The Turing Test: 2

"Log in to your Xbox Live account on 15 different days this month"

- There is no way for me to track this, but I know I played at least 15 days

- On the Xbox Quests page a Frequently Asked Question is "What is considered a log in on Xbox" and the response is "Turn on your console and sign in to your Xbox Live account.". I know for a fact that I did that more than 15 days however. No specified time
of remaining logged in was stated in the Terms & Conditions.

If support could get back to me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
