    Never received my Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack


    On April 25th I purchased a three month subscription for xbox live and i was also meant to receive the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack. I have talked to someone on live chat who said that I needed to post my issue here. I do have a
    picture of the advert which is posted below (sorry for being blurry and being a mess). I do have an SRX from live chat.

    I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

    Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC

    I purchased a 3 month XBL gold on March 24th mainly to get the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack amd never received the SoT DLC. Did anyone else have this problem?
