Never received my rewards!

I redeemed my points for 3 $10 microsoft digital cards but never received the emails for the codes to redeem my rewards. I have been led around and sent to 4 different places and have still.not received any support or help.

I haven't recieved my November Xbox Quest Rewards

I completed my November Xbox Quest Rewards. i never received my reward still

 

You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as Xbox Rewards.

 

I did, they sent me to this forum. Like I said I have been sent all over for help and no one is able to help me.

 

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

 

It's not possible to redeem Xbox rewards credits for digital cards. That's a Microsoft Rewards thing. The only way to contact their support is by email. So if you've been using phone or chat support, you have not spoken to Microsoft Rewards support. On the
page where you redeemed the cards, you would scroll all the way to the bottom and click the contact support link.

 

Actually it is possible to redeem it for digital cards. If you browse the rewards pages and not just what they have on their feature list. you can even get microsoft store digital cards. Attached is an image from theor rewards redeem listings of a xbox digital
gift card.

 

I dod actually say the wrong thing as i redeemed for xbox digital rewards cards not microsoft, but you can get both on the rewards program. Attached is the microsoft store digital card for proof that they have both.

As Smwutches says, that is a Microsoft Rewards program. While the offer apparently awards Xbox Store Digital Credit Cards, those are not related to our program. As is visible from your screenshots, those are from the Microsoft Rewards page. None of our offer
pages have that page layout.
