Never received my pre-order bonus for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

Hello, I pre-ordered Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection on May 28, 2018 a day prior from release date and I was due to receive pre-order bonus codes for Super SF IV Arcade Edition and Ultra SF IV add-on one to two weeks after the release date. I've
checked my messages daily, specifically those from Xbox Live and I've yet to receive any code for this pre-order purchase. I've spoken to an agent concerning this matter and the reference number for the chat is 1432232827. Can you please help me out with this
issue. Thank you very much.

I didn't get my pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection with pre-order bonuses but after weeks I still haven't received my pre-order bonuses.

Can anyone help?

Hey Chubb Rock 13, sorry to hear that! It does sound like it's a known issue according to

Xbox Support on Twitter and a number of users on multiple platforms are complaining about it on reddit as well.

How long ago did you speak to an agent and what was his/her suggestion/resolution? Have you tried contacting Capcom support as well?

Thanks for your reply. I spoke to an agent minutes prior to posting this thread. Their suggestion/resolution was providing me with a link to the Sales and Promotions forum in order to post my issue here and have a specialist take
a look at it in hopes they can provide me with a code. That's why I included a reference number to my discussion with an agent. I haven't spoken to Capcom Support as of yet.

Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?
