Never Received My Name-Your-Game Code for Rise of the Tomb Raider

Hi, I never received the code for Rise of the Tomb Raider through the
www.xbox.com/name-your-game page. It said that I would get an email in 5-10minutes and it has been almost two hours. I used my outlook email and have been checking both junk and inbox folders. How do I get my code since the website won't let me put in my
information again?

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.
