    Never Received my GTA money with the purchase of 3 months of XBL in Oct.


    In October there was a promotion for a $500,000 GTA shark card with the purchase of 3 months of XBL for $15. I have contacted 5 different reps and support agents and have yet to see my shark card. Is there anyway to get this?

    Issue: The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired. It may also be possible that I never received the code in the first place, though I am not completely sure.

    I made a post three days ago about the same isssue...no reply yet. Also long term customer :)
    That’s sad. I talked to a Cust Support rep through an online Chat and they ensured me it would be handled with in 24 hours. Now I have no Gold and I am about to use a 2 Day Trial just to get by. I have a few 14 Day and a Month or 2 that I got from promos
    but I’m saving them. They owe me this.
