Never received my Gears of War codes for purchasing and playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition ...

Hello! I purchased Gears of War: Ultimate Edition at release last August. I was supposed to receive codes to download Backwards Compatible versions of Gears of War 2, 3, and Judgment, for purchasing and playing Ultimate Edition before December
31st, as stated in the promotion here:

I never received these codes. I spoke with a Microsoft Answer Tech and was directed here to post about this!

You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6

Gears of war Ultimate Edition is just a remastered version of the first Gears of War game. There was a promotion to receive codes for the other Gears game is you purchased and played the game before December 31, 2015. In order to play the other games now,
you would need to purchase them.

So what you are saying is you purchased the gears of war ultimate edition for the xbox one. You already have the other gears of war games for the xbox 30, just not gears of War 2. Since you have played the ultimate edition, then you should receive a code
starting on or after the 1st December so you can download all the games in the series.
