Never received my free 3 month xbox live code

Hi.

I purchased 3 months Xbox live whilst there was an offer of buy 3 months get 3 months free. Under the terms it said that the 2nd code would be sent out by the 15th of march. I never received the the 2nd code. I bought this through the Microsoft store. Any
help would be appreciated.

Xbox Live Gold Promotion 3 + 3

Hello, I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live Gold during a promotion in January of this year and never received my code for the free 3 months. Please can you help?

3 months free gold promotion.

Hello. I bought a 3-month Live Gold subscription on January 22nd. At that time, a promotion was on, where if you bought a 3-month subscription you would get a code via Xbox Live for another 3 months free. The code was supposed to be sent by March 15th, but
I never received the code. My Order number was 7148815047.

Hello,

I contacted xbox support almost a month ago about my son not receiving the free 3 months promotion that was advertised when he purchased his xbox live subscription on June 14th. The promotion stated that he should receive an email in 10 days with the free
3 month code but he never received that. I contacted xbox support on July 1st to ask about this and was told it was sent to upper management and I would here from them. It is has now been almost a month and I have not received any communication.

I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
told me to post here to receive help.

The promo stated:

Buy 3 months, get 3 free

Purchase a 3-month Gold membership and receive a code for an additional 3 months delivered to your email address within 10 business days.

Offer valid from 9:00PM PST on June 6, 2018 to 11:59 PM PST on June 17, 2018, while supplies last. Available only in Microsoft online store in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Offer valid for 3 month Xbox Live Subscription. After

it was a buy 1 month get 3 months free promo but never got a code for my free 3 months

I purchased 2 of the 3 Months subscription under the Buy 3 Months, Get 3 Months Free promotion on 2/10/18 on xbox.com. At that time, the confirmation said that i would receive my code by 3/15/18 and that i was still within the window of time to get the free
3 months, the end date was NOT 1/30/18. I have checked all of my email accounts as well as my Xbox message center. No codes received.
