Never received my February quest reward

Once again I have gone above and beyond to make sure that I complete all of the tasks required for the monthly quest and yet again I haven't received the reward. The only month that i actually received a message from Xbox with my reward was for the month
of December and all of the other months I've needed to create a post in this forum. It is now the last day of March so I should have received my February quest reward by now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I completed the Quest in February but I never received a reward message.

We definitely understand the frustration with wanting those rewards right away but they would be sent out after the first of the month.

If you do not see that content by the end of the first week of April please let us know!

 

That doesn't make sense because the FAQ on the Xbox Quest page says "Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month."

lol I've been looking all over Google about this and came up with nothing. Glad I found this, I didn't know who to contact.

Same problem here bruh. LOL it said the following month but dude is now telling us the first week of the
SECOND following month. I haven't got one notification yet. Wouldn't it be great if they would just send us an update. about delays? For the love of god! make something so we can track our progress too lol. All this. money we giving them, they
can do A LOT BETTER. They getting $60 a year from thousands of people to play multiplayer after we already pay for internet. Add the store purchases, game pass, and mixer pro. NO EXCUSE for servers screwing up once a week and bad communication. All of xbox
contest and give aways are ghetto as hell, DON'T NOTHING EVER GO RIGHT!!!! The few times things do go right and smoothly, they change it(for the worst) or get rid of it for no good reason. Like the rewards program, used to be simple and amazing. You used to
get free Microsoft $ just for gaming, achievement score, getting friends to join live, buying certain games at stores and playing them for some hours, and taking survey's about xbox every month. They changed that to a point where you didn't get much of nothing
for that anymore. They basically made it where you could only get anything back if you spend money on stuff(ONLINE STORE ONLY) SMH. Now. they charging that next month and aint really explained anything that will happen clear enough lol.

Yo, dude just dropped this info and bounced smh. No explanation, no "sorry for rge delay" or nothing.

 

Weeks almost over, still no notification from FEBRUARY!

 

Still have yet to receive my Feb, reward as well. super frustrating that we go out of our way to do these challenges and then get nothing we were promised in return....This is getting ridiculous

 

We are now officially one week into April and I still don't have my February quest reward.

It is now past the first week of April and I am letting you know that I still have not received my February gold quest reward.

 

If official staff member "Mister Beep" sees this can you please help me because as of now "Mister Getafix" has been of no help. You have resolved my issue twice in the past so I am hoping you see this post.

 

I just got a message from Xbox Live with my February Quest reward. Thank you for whomever was the one that helped me out. I was hoping for another $5 Xbox credit but instead I got one month of Xbox Live Gold although I appreciate it nonetheless.

 

just got mine(1 month free gold) FINALLY!!!! thanks to whoever. WTF took so long?
