    Never Received my Alan Wake Code for my Quantum Break pre order


    I have chatted with Xbox Support about this and I have a report number which is [Mod Removed].

    Please get back to me as soon as Possible I really would like to play the game and It is one of the main reasons I pre ordered Qauntum Break.

    Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So it'll still be a couple of days before you hear back from them. Keep in mind, you should receive a code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare 7-10 days after you made the purchase. Codes of Alan Wake and
    other DLC will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released.

    Preordered Digital Quantum Break. Have not received Alan Wake

    More info: I purchased Quantum Break via Xbox on February 12. Quantum Break has installed. Alan Wake for Xbox 360 was given free as a pre-order bonus. I never received any code for it, and it has not been added to "My Games" list.
