    Never Received my 3 Months Of Bonus Gold with 3 Month Gold Purchase


    Hello,

    I made a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Purchase back in May. It was during a Promotional period where you would pay for 3 Months and then get 3 Months Free. I’ve waited and waited but never received my extra 3 Months through the Promotion. My Gold Expires tomorrow
    08/15/2018.

    I have just spoken to the Live Agent in a Chat about this and they directed me here. I would like to get this resolved ASAP so I am not out of Gold for days.

    Didn't receive my extra 3 months from promo in January

    I never received the 3 free months with purchase of 3 months of gold. Support chat directed me to this forum

    Never received bonus 3 months of gold

    a while ago, there was a deal when you purchased a 3 month subscription to gold (in Australia and New Zealand) you would receive a bonus 3 months.

    Unfortunately i never received the email containing the code, nor did I get a message on Xbox live.

    I was wondering if there was a solution to this because agter looking online, it seems as though people are struggling when chatting to support

    is anyone reading this? I’ve been without a Gold for 2 days cause of this nonsense and I am a LONGGGG Time Xbox/Microsoft supporter. Since Day One of the Original Xbox.

    I was directed here for resolution of my issue.

    That’s sad. I talked to a Cust Support rep through an online Chat and they ensured me it would be handled with in 24 hours. Now I have no Gold and I am about to use a 2 Day Trial just to get by. I have a few 14 Day and a Month or 2 that I got from promos
    but I’m saving them. They owe me this.

    Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support at
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us     for assistance with this issue. Your best bet is to use the call back option to speak to a live agent.

    Hey NoRmAnJi,

    I'm sorry to say that you did need to remain a Gold Member at the time of the conversion on order to receive the 3 bonus months.. If you purchase a Gold membership now it would only be for a single Profile as the Family Pack is longer being offered.
