    Never received my 15,000 credits for punch card completion.


    the punch card for Xbox LIVE Rewards 15000 credits bonus it shows my pre-orders for Mafia 3 it shows my pre-order for Watch Dogs 2 but my pre-order for Dead Rising 4 did not register that's why I'm not getting my 15 thousand credits if you check my account
    you can see I did pre-order Dead Rising 4.

    I have written a few times. I participated in the last Games On Demand Punch Card and never received my 15,000 credits for completing the punch card. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.

    Have not received credits for December punch card. Made the necessary purchases and did not receive the 15,000 credits.

    Have you preordered 2 other games to complete the punch card? You need to purchase a total of 3 eligible games to complete that offer and receive the 15,000 credits.

    Pre-Ordered Gold Edition of Ghost Recon and didn't get my 15,000 credits!!

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count as a punch in your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the 15,000
    credits.

    VIP rewards member not getting rewards points for purchases or pre-orders

    Currently the only offer to receive 15,000 credits for preordering games digitally is the Games on Demand punchcard. If you preordered both of those games on or after October 1, they would count as punches on your card. You would need to purchase 1 more
    eligible game in order to complete the offer and received credits.

    Otherwise, you would need to preorder the games as physical discs from microsoftstore.com in order to receive the 15,000 for each game.
