Never received my 15 000 credit points

hi, i pre-ordered Dead Rising 4, Wacth Dogs 2 and Resident Evil 7. I was supposed to received 15 000 points. I never received it. More than 96 hours passed since my pre-order.

Missing rewards points for preorders

Hello.

I made a post previously, but it appears to have not gone through.

I am missing 15 000 rewards points and a $10 Microsoft Store code set to come with my preorder of Watch_Dogs2.

It is well past the scheduled arrival dates of said rewards.

Three offers were affected by this particular preorder - Annual preorders, Watch_Dogs2 Preorder event, and the code through email for MicrosoftStore. I only received the WD2 Preorder Event 15 000 credits, the annual 15 000 per preorder and MSS code never arrived.

Preorder Rewards unrecieved

Hello,

I was referred here by Xbox support.

I pre-ordered watch_dogs 2 with the promise I would receive $40 in return if I ordered the physical disc from microsoftstore.com. 15 000 points through the yearly preorder reward, 15 000 through a watch_dogs 2 game preorder special, and a $10 Microsoft code
via email as an order bonus.

So far, I have only received the 15 000 points for the yearly preorder reward. The $10 code is past it's due date, and I believe the other 15 000 are as well.
