    Never received my $10 gift card


    Hello there. I purchased Forza Horizon 3 on September 21st, 2016. It came with a free $10 gift card in the offer, which I was supposed to receive through email. I waited and now, 2 months later, still nothing. How do I proceed? I contacted Microsoft support,
    which contacted Xbox support and was referred to this forum. Please, all assistance is appreciated. -Lori

    Sunset Overdrive $10 XBOX Live Gift Card

    Pre-ordered Sunset Overdrive from the Microsoft Store and never received my $10 gift card. It's been nearly 3 weeks, 11 days past the "10 day" e-mail window. Received e-mails regarding DLC but no gift card code.

    Missing $10 xbox gift card from preorder bonus

    Hi,

    I never received my $10 gift card from my Quantum Break preorder bonus. It said it would take up to 10 days but it's been over a month now. I did receive the Alan Wake and PC Quantum Break bonuses, just not the $10 gift card bonus. I have an order number
    if need be.

    You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them. Keep in mind that if you are a Rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the gift card.
