    Never received January Quest reward


    I completed the Xbox Live Gold Quest for January 2018. I have not received the rewards in my Xbox messages.

    Can I get assistance with this here?

    I was sent here by Xbox support chat, reference 1419215313.

    I did all the requirements stated in the banner, and never received my Xbox January quest reward.
