    Never Received Invite to Purchase Series X


    I joined the program or whatever it was called through Insider, and then made my preferences. But I don’t recall getting an Xbox messaging about purchasing one ever.

    Anymore else or is it not closed yet?

    Xbox series X and LG C2 problems.

    I've never had an issue with

    my Onkyo receiver it's actually fixed my issue with my series x and lg c1 issue and my Onkyo receiver came out in 2017 and it supports 4k hdr and Dolby vision. All work perfect. The issue is a Xbox issue as my 360 and my ps3 and my series s never had an issue directly to the tv it's only with the series x and it's strange that you blame the tv when all other devices work but the series x.

    AlmaGitana85 It's not the fact that you were denied like McShoop said It can take up to a month for the your invite to go through. My guess is right now xbox staff are getting flooded with request's and they need to go through every single one.

    It can take up to a month or more before you receive your message. Also, being invited does not guarantee you'll be accepted.

    I don't understand the process that accepts invites and denies them. I would be a great person in the preview cause as a gamer with multiple disabilities my insight could prompt thought about changes/ products that would make a better gaming experience to
    ALL gamers.
