    Never Received Incentive for Finishing Xbox Quest Rewards


    I did all the requirements and never got anything from Xbox as a promised incentive for completing the objectives, 1. Join 3 groups 2. Log in X amount of days out of the month. 3. Get an achievement for 4 different games. ( I finished the requirements about
    15 days into October so I know it was for sure completed.)

    November is well into the Month and haven't received anything in regards to the completion of Octobers Quest Rewards. I was directed by Carla H. of Xbox Support.

    Prizes for Xbox quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive the prizes by the end of November, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

    You can ask Rewards supportteam about this issue. But
    now Xbox Rewards is Microsoft Rewards

    Hi, they usually give rewards out around 30 days after the quest has finished, if by then you still have not received the reward, then contact Xbox support
