Never received Halo ODST promo code

Hello. I never got around to downloading my free copy of Odst and the message seems to have been deleted from my console. I own a physical copy of MCC. I was told to post here to get the issue resolved. Thanks!

Did not receive Halo 3 ODST free code for Xbox One

I never received the Halo 3 ODST promo code for playing the Master Chief Collection. I purchased the game at release and actively played it before the Dec 19th deadline to receive the ODST code yet never got it. You can look at my achievements and see that
I was indeed playing the game in that timeline.

The halo odst promo was only if you played halo mcc before christmas and you received the msg around spring

There was no other promos for that summer wouldve been too late

Are you talking about the Game Pass promo where you had to play Halo MCC and then received ODST dlc as the reward? I don't believe the code was for ODST directly and more like a $5 gift card code that you could get ODST after. These codes do expire so
I'm not sure when the expiration date/time but you should double check your messages on xbox or even Xbox app on mobile to see if you could still redeem the code.
