Never received Gears of War Ultimate Edition codes

Just recently played through Gears of War UE with a buddy, and we wanted to move on to Gears 2. Looked in my install list, and it was not there. I have 1 and 3, but not 2 or Judgement. I played the game way back in November and was waiting to play through
the campaign as we got closer to Gears 4. I remember the promotion was to purchase and play the game before December, so I made sure to do that. I figured the codes just got dumped into my account automatically. Never checked until now. So I am hoping I can
still get a code for Gears 2 and Judgement so I can play them before 4, especially because I did what the promotion asked of me!

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6
