Never received Gears Collection codes for redeeming Gears of War 4 digitally in December

Sorry to hear about the internet woes. If your copy of Gears of War 4 is a disc copy, the codes for your legacy Gears of War collection should have been included in the game box. If you did not receive them, you will need to return to the retailer for further
assistance. If you redeemed a code for a digital copy of Gears of War 4, it had to be redeemed by December 31, 2016. For future reference, codes can be redeemed via Xbox.com and the Xbox app on smartphones as well as through a console.

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

*Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.

It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."

I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.
