Never received Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 digital codes after purchasing 1 year Game Pass

I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

Did you receive the Forza Codes?

I bought it on 14-Sep with three friends. They received the codes but not me.

The codes should be sent within 7-10 days of the purchases, but no later than October 21. If you don't receive anything by that date, you'll want to post back.

I ran in to the same issue and I reached out to MS Support. After they confirmed I had made the purchase they had me remove and then reload my Xbox Account on the system.

I would start with contacting support to ensure that the billing registered your purchase. Work with them to confirm before taking the next steps:

Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.

From 9/13/2018– 10/1/2018, both new and existing members buying Xbox Game Pass 12 Month offer for $99 will receive codes to download Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 via Xbox Message Center, likely within 7-10 days, but no later than October
21, 2018. Its in the fine print but its there.
